Robocar, the driverless racing car is made of carbon fibre

The vehicle, designed by Daniel Simon, is manufactured almost exclusively with composite materials

It has four engines of 300 kW of power each, a 540 kiloWatt-hour battery, is manufactured almost exclusively with composite materials such as carbon fibre and will be capable of a maximum speed of 320 km per hour.

The car, designed by Daniel Simon, who created the means of transportation of some Hollywood blockbusters such as "Tron Legacy" and "Oblivion", weighs 975 kg and measures 4.8 meters in length and 2,000 mm in width.

"Robocar" was born for Roborace, a platform for the development of autonomous technology that shows the public benefits and safety levels that can be achieved on the roads.

The Roborace will be present alongside competitions with real drivers, all to show the functioning of the technology that is then installed in road vehicles.
