The COVID pandemic has still a significant impact on the implementation of in-person gatherings throughout Europe and has consequently affected the progress of organizing and carrying out the upcoming EASN Conference in September in Salerno, Italy.
It is very likely that travel restrictions set by the European Governments, as well as constraints set by the administration of the University of Salerno, will represent an obstacle for the execution of a successful physical gathering. Therefore, the BoD of the EASN Association has decided to transform the 11th EASN International Conference from an in-person to a fully virtual event.
Hence, the 11th EASN International Conference on “Innovation in Aviation & Space to the Satisfaction of the European Citizens”, will take place online from the 1st until the 3rd of September 2021.
There will be virtual rooms for plenary lectures as well as every regular session, hosted by the session chair, with speakers and participants, just like in a physical conference.
