Prato, August 2021 – Microtex Composites – an Italian company producing semi-finished materials in carbon fibre – is proud to cooperate with CRM Compositi. The company currently supplies all motobikes taking part to the world motocross championship (Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM Group, TM).
CMR Compositi preferred E3-150 matrix to realize structural and accessory parts of 3 motocross bikes:
• CRM-YCF-250 Sophia Paul’s motorbike during WMX 2014 (Women Motorbike Championship)
• CRM SCF 450 Alessandro Albertoni’s motorbike during MXGP 2016 championship
• CRM SCF 250 the motorbike currently used as prototype.
Carbon fibre components
E3-150 is a thermosetting epoxy resin designed for structural applications thanks to good mechanical performances, high toughness, biological compatibility, radiotrasparency and radiofrequency shielding.
