Kicking off some days ago, the Alfa Romeo Driving Academy powered by Scuderia de Adamich, the project to renew one of the longest-running collaborations in the world of high-performance driving, between Alfa Romeo and Scuderia De Adamich.
Begun back in 1991, the partnership combines the Biscione brand’s sporting DNA with the technical expertise of Scuderia de Adamich, to provide individuals and companies with a wide range of exclusive driving experiences on the circuit at the Varano de' Melegari racetrack. The program features all the models in the Alfa Romeo line-up: from the Junior sports compact and Tonale C-SUV to the Giulia high-performance sedan and Stelvio D-SUV.
The Alfa Romeo Driving Academy forms part of a broader process of leveraging the Motor Valley, long the cradle of Italian manufacturing excellence where the art of engineering, artisanship and passion for beauty and performance come together in a single creative gesture, all transforming into an experience.
Last November, that very area breathed life into BOTTEGAFUORISERIE, an outstanding project focusing on personalization, aesthetic research and performance, combining the excellence of Alfa Romeo and Maserati to shape the future of the customized driving experience. Likewise, Scuderia de Adamich – a founding member of the Motor Valley – plays an active role in the development of the area, made possible by its constant commitment to training, experience and technology, and by promoting the values of excellence and tradition that have been the hallmarks of the Land of Motors for over a century.
Specifically, the Alfa Romeo Driving Academy offers four levels of driving experience, designed for drivers of all profiles and levels of preparation: Safe Driving, the basis of all the courses, to refine responsiveness and manage critical situations with a clear head; Advanced Driving, for those who want to go into their vehicle in further depth and expand their boundaries safely; Sporty Driving, a high-intensity experience to discover the car’s dynamic potential; finally, Advanced Driving, the highest level, reserved for those who want to bring their driving technique close to excellence.
Each course is a genuinely full immersion into the world of sportiness and safety, including a look at the range of powertrains in the Alfa Romeo line-up: 100% electric, turbo petrol, turbo diesel, and hybrid. Ultimately, the Biscione's Driving Academy programs give everyone the opportunity to learn how to ‘feel’ the grip of the tires, the balance of the chassis and above all to fully experience the human-machine connection that only an Alfa Romeo can make.
