CRP Group brings advanced technologies and materials for motorsport to MIA CTS 2026

At Silverstone, the Group will showcase its full range of additive and subtractive manufacturing and CRP Technology’s Flat Out Service. A Speakers’ Corner talk will look at 3D printing from motorsport to drones

From prototypes to small and medium production runs, on race-weekend timescales when needed: that is what CRP Group brings to the MIA CTS Motorsport Engineering & Technology Show, at The Silverstone Wing, UK, on 14–15 October 2026. The Modena-based group, which has worked with motorsport for more than 55 years, will welcome engineers and buyers at stand 2-33, Hall 2.
Materials, processes and lead times will be at the heart of the conversation. The CRP team will work with visitors to identify the best solution for each project, from a single component to a production run.

Reducing weight, achieving the required performance under demanding operating conditions and meeting tight development schedules are central to motorsport. CRP Group supports customers in selecting materials and manufacturing processes, starting with design for manufacturing (DfM) and design for additive manufacturing (DfAM).
The offering includes polymer 3D printing using selective laser sintering (SLS) with CRP Technology’s Windform® materials, with vapour smoothing and CNC machining as finishing options. CRP Meccanica complements the Group’s capabilities with 5-axis CNC milling, CNC turning with live tooling, DMLS metal additive manufacturing followed by CNC machining, and rapid sand casting with subsequent CNC machining. Its machining capabilities cover titanium alloys, superalloys, aluminium alloys, metal-matrix composites, high-strength steel alloys, Scalmalloy®.

Exhibits will include intake and compressor components, suspension and steering parts, and motor housings for motorsport and robotics. These parts will provide a practical starting point for discussions about functional requirements, geometries, materials and manufacturing approaches for visitors’ projects.

CRP Technology will also present its Flat Out Service, addressing motorsport’s need for speed: functional end-use Windform® parts ready for same-day collection. The team will be available at the stand to explain the service in detail and discuss with visitors how to apply it to their own projects.
