CWIEME Berlin will return to Messe Berlin from 27–29 April 2027, bringing together companies, suppliers and professionals from across the global electrical manufacturing supply chain for three days of technology, industry insights and business connections.
Following its 30th anniversary edition, the event will strengthen its established position within transformer and electrical manufacturing while expanding further into transmission and distribution, switchgear and the technologies required to deliver the next generation of power infrastructure.
A major addition will be the Grid Delivery Summit, taking place alongside CWIEME Berlin on 27–28 April. The two-day conference will connect senior leaders from utilities, grid operators, OEMs and suppliers to address some of the practical challenges facing grid development, including manufacturing capacity, equipment lead times, resilience, digitalisation and supply chain collaboration.
The 2027 edition will also be the first CWIEME Berlin held under the event's new global brand identity, introduced to reflect the evolution of CWIEME and the growing range of industries and professional communities it serves. The new identity brings CWIEME Berlin, CWIEME Shanghai and the Grid Delivery Summit under a more cohesive global brand.
The aim is to reinforce CWIEME's position as an international meeting place for an electrical manufacturing supply chain increasingly called upon to support the development of new power generation, transmission and distribution infrastructure.
