PAL-V selects Nobleo to industrialise FlyDrive production

Following automotive and aviation production approvals, the Dutch company is entering a new phase focused on manufacturing processes, digitalisation, supply chain and future volume growth

PAL-V has selected Nobleo Manufacturing as its strategic partner for the industrialisation of the first FlyDrive production facility, taking another step from development and certification towards industrial-scale manufacturing.

The collaboration follows PAL-V’s recent achievement of both automotive and aviation production approvals and will focus on further developing, optimising and digitalising its production organisation.

PAL-V and Nobleo Manufacturing will work together to establish the manufacturing processes, digital infrastructure and industrialisation roadmap required to support the future growth of FlyDrive production.

The programme will cover the full industrial journey, from prototype and pre-production activities through production ramp-up and future higher-volume manufacturing. The objective is to create a scalable system while maintaining process control, quality and repeatability.

Alongside its production approvals, PAL-V now needs to develop a robust supply chain, advanced production systems and scalable manufacturing processes, supported by a clear continuous-improvement roadmap.

Nobleo Manufacturing will therefore help connect the vehicle roadmap with a structured industrialisation strategy, contributing expertise in manufacturing, digitalisation and industrial engineering.

For PAL-V, the collaboration represents an important step towards production readiness and prepares the organisation for its next phase of commercial growth. Having developed and certified a new mobility category, the company is now focusing on the industrial infrastructure required to turn FlyDrive into a product manufactured through repeatable and progressively scalable processes.
