Roboze and SUPSI partner to advance high-performance materials research

Potential future applications under evaluation include hypersonic systems and next-generation nuclear fusion technologies

Roboze, the foundational advanced manufacturing layer for the world’s mission-critical industries, announces a collaborative research and development initiative with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI), through its Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Technology (MEMTi).

The initiative combines Roboze’s expertise in advanced additive manufacturing with SUPSI’s scientific research capabilities in thermal conversion processes, materials science, and material characterization, with the aim of advancing the development and application of high-performance materials such as Carbon–Carbon (C–C) and Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMC).
