Roboze has raised $10 million from Rialto Ventures, Club degli Investitori, existing shareholders and other strategic investors from the United States, Singapore and Italy. The financing will primarily support the company’s US expansion and strengthen its ability to serve customers across aerospace, defence and energy.
Rialto Ventures, which previously led Roboze’s Series A, is increasing its commitment, alongside new investor Club degli Investitori and a broader international investor group.
Roboze’s strategy is evolving from high-performance additive manufacturing toward a distributed industrial production infrastructure, designed to manufacture qualified components closer to the point of need through an integrated ecosystem of patented industrial machines, advanced materials and Physical AI-driven software.
The objective is to support qualified end-use production, improve production continuity and strengthen supply-chain resilience while reducing dependence on fragile global supply chains.
The new capital will support three main priorities. The first is expanding US production capacity as customers move from prototyping towards serial and distributed manufacturing.
The second is talent, with plans to hire across engineering, materials science, manufacturing, artificial intelligence, commercial operations and defence programmes, with particular focus on expanding the US organisation.
The third priority is next-generation technology. Beyond its established portfolio of high-performance polymers and composites, Roboze plans to move into new material classes and production architectures, including ceramic matrix composites (CMCs) and stealth-related materials for future aerospace and defence platforms.
The funding therefore strengthens Roboze’s position as an advanced manufacturing platform focused not only on 3D printing, but on building a software-defined, distributed industrial network for strategic components.
