When the international composites industry will meet at the JEC World in Paris from March 10 to 12, the filament winding specialists of Roth Composite Machinery will be there once again.
The special machine manufacturer from central Hesse will be presenting itself at the world's leading trade fair for fiber composites together with its team of experts from Germany, the USA and Korea as well as international software developers. Visitors will find Roth Composite Machinery in Hall 5, Booth 5J02.
This year's trade fair presentation will once again focus on technological innovations designed for maximum process stability, efficiency and precision. Special attention will be given to the latest developments in Towpreg technology. Successful test series on the company's own Towpreg machine demonstrate uniform impregnation at high process speeds. The aim of these further developments is to significantly increase process consistency while at the same time raising the productivity considerably.
Another highlight is the new duplex machine of Roth Composite Machinery. The first plant has already been successfully put into operation at a customer's site. Depending on the configuration, the machine enables more than double the material output without requiring a doubling of the fiber tape width. This results in clear advantages for users: space and cost savings of at least ten percent compared to using two conventional machines – while maintaining the same high quality and precision.
